Hotel Indigo and Bistro 72 are proud to present, The Night Before New Year’s, our first annual eve of New Year’s Eve party, which will feature a Long Island Wines & Spirits pairing dinner & special performance of The Friday Jam with The Steve Watson Trio & Special Guests from 9PM - 1AM.
Chef Ralph DeLustro and the team at Bistro 72 will be serving a four course prix fixe dinner paired with unlimited service (through dinner) of selections from the following four Long Island vineyards and distilleries - Bedell Cellars, LiV Vodka, and Sparkling Pointe.
Reservations are required for dinner and hotel rooms, and a limited number of walk-ins at the bar for the party are welcome.
