The Green Scene

Green Theatre Collective will present "The Green Scene" at Sylvester Manor on Shelter Island. This is an hour-long environmental theatre workshop for children in grades 3-5. 

In this workshop students will participate in a scene with GTC actors, discuss and define what it means to be "green," do "green" theatre, and make green scenes of their own creation! Students will understand that a "green" lifestyle can make the earth a more beautiful and meaningful place, because a "green" imagination can create meaningful theatre without all the bells and whistles.
