Tom Lulevitch has said about his recent work:

“We are experiencing a visual digital revolution and that technology has spawned some amazing ways of making art. My curiosity about this medium of technology equals my curiosity and appreciation of a beautiful sheet of hand made paper. The nature of what is magical about creating works of art is often the alchemy of the materials themselves. The feel of a surface (the surface or substrate of canvas, paper or gesso on a wood panel), spring of the brush, tension of a line, flow of the paint, and transmutation with digital tools are all-important factors in this blend.”
