Artists, Galleries Wanted For Greenport Show

Peconic Public Broadcasting -- or WPPB's 88.3 to fans of the station -- has put a call out for artists and galleries to participate in a show at Greenport's Mitchell Park this June.

The first annual WPPB Art Show will take place in Greenport on June 8 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. The day will celebrate area artists and support Peconic Public Broadcasting.

Artists can exhibit and sell their work. Individual artists' booths will line Mitchell Park's paths and a large main tent will be set up in the amphitheater for artists who do not have their own tents.

All spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Juried entry is by
