Unique mini-paintings of local scenery and other artistic works were on display at in Greenport this past Saturday night to benefit the and the in Greenport.
Artists were given a blank 10x10 canvas with complete control to create to their heart's content, and the result was 100 pieces on display for $100 each. A preview of the show was held with the sale promptly beginning at 6pm. Guests were given numbers at the door, a first come first serve. As the numbers were called the viewers walked through the room and chose the paintings they wanted.
Wine and cheese were served at the successful benefiting evening.
