1. East End Challenge Q & A
The public is invited to an overview of “The Bays Around Us” project at the East End Maritime Museum, Greenport, on Saturday at 11 a.m. The event is free.
2. Mashomack Point: A Tour of the Katherine Ordway Wildlife Refuge
This Saturday mid-winter hike will allow you to explore the refuge's unique woodlands, kettles, and fields. The $5 guided tour starts at 1 p.m. Dress warm.
3. Beginners Yoga with Claire
On Saturday, take a Yoga class at the The Giving Room at 10:30 a.m. The cost is $18. A class is also available on Sunday at 10 a.m.
4. Vineyard Walk at Shinn Estate Vineyards
Stroll through Shinn Estate Vineyards on Sunday and learn about the vineyard's sustainable, organic and biodynamic growing methods first-hand from Barbara Shinn. The walk starts at 1:30 p.m. The cost $20.
5. Greenport Ice Skating
The Greenport ice rink is open all weekend long, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $10 and skate rentals are available.
