The "Taste North Fork" event, organized to bring tourists to the area during the off-season on Veterans Day weekend, is taking shape.
Here's a guide to the happenings on the North Fork for the Veterans Day weekend event:
A free “Taste North Fork” shuttle service will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 9 and 10, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11.
Passenger pick-up service will also be available from the Mattituck Long Island Railraod train station, the Cross Sound Ferry terminal, and Tanger Outlet 2, by Office Max, in the parking lot. Program Shuttle Stops are marked (S).
