I'm getting to be a regular giving my two cents worth. I thought that either Capital One building, Calverton or central Riverhead were good places for a YMCA but can see that those further east might prefer something further east. It looks like Cap One building is unlikely choice for Y but I'd get on board any idea for something civically minded there and think the idea above bout no more building until some percentage of empty buildings filled to be excellent. We're a wasteful society. We're known worldwide wasting food and we waste buildings and land too!
