An annual Christmas tradition took place Saturday as snow fell in Cutchogue, with Santa arriving by helicopter to the delight of kids and parents alike.

"Christmas in Cutchogue" began with a magic show, followed by the arrival of the jolly fellow at 10:30 a.m. Next, Santa posed for photos with kids at the library and gave gifts to the kids.

The event was organized by Joe Corso and Paul Romanelli of the North Fork Chamber of Commerce.
