Hundreds Turn Out for Southold Fire Department's Annual New Year's Breakfast

The popular annual event drew a crowd of hungry guests who enjoyed heaping plates on New Year's Day.

Hundreds were up bright and early for a hearty breakfast served up at the Southold Fire Department on New Year's Day.

The annual tradition brought scores of community members, who turned up with their appetites. Southold Fire Captain Joe McCarthy and other Southold Fire Department members happily greeted residents who arrived between 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for heaping plates of buttermilk pancakes, eggs, toast, ham, bacon, sausage, home fries, pastries, juice, coffee and tea.

Check out the photo gallery of the event and see if you can find your family's photo. Happy New Year!
