All is not lost - La Tienda is located in Mattituck in the Handy Pantry shopping center. Very nice people and some great Spanish take-out food.

La Tienda has fantastic fresh quacamole, and if you want to make your own, they have ripe avocados in the back...just ask. Anyone know if they have tamales. I loved Bahia's menu, but when I ordered from there, it was as if nothing had been salted. I'm assuming it was a mistake, but never made it back to confirm.

Rich — you are correct, I had a great chicken tamale for dinner tonight. Definitely worth it to check out La Tienda in Mattituck!
