Why an Umpire Wants to Be Your Trustee

I've devoted a lot of my life to baseball. One thing I've learned is baseball teaches you a lot about life.
Over the last two years I trained for and became an umpire. Before that I was a volunteer youth league coach for more years than I can remember. I raised the money to build the dugouts and install electricity at Mattituck High School baseball field. I was the original general manager of the North Fork Ospreys of the Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League, helping to bring free family entertainment and a new revenue source to Southold Town. I'm writing a book about baseball. So what's an umpire have in common with a trustee?
Each has got to know the rules. Each has got to be able to recognize when something's gone wrong and be able to communicate that for the good of each side. And then each has got to enforce the rules. They're each about communication and dedication. Thanks for reading my post.
