Town Supervisor Email - Satur Farms

This is an email that was sent from Scott Russell to James Best a neighbor to Satur Farms who is operating without a site plan illegally, the email confirms that the neighbors are being abused by a business operating with no site plan importing produce.  Satur positioned a diesel generator and a chiller 50 feet from homes.  These emails from politicians will continue until the madness on Alvahs Lane is under control.

I fowarded your last email to code enforcement and will do the same with this last one. I have been vocal about requiring Satur Farms to be required to comply with site plan and have been critized publicly by Tom Wickham for going there to ask Paulette to comply for the sake of peace in that community. I agree that part of the operation is not bona fide agricultural production and is a "shipping business". I have publicly stated so and met with homeowners and the Planning board to resolve this. To date, the board has not and it seems that they enjoy special advantages which is unfair to everyone. I am as frustrated at the situation as anyone including your neighbors who I have discussed this with several times. Regards, Scott
