Summer Classes for Kids in ART, ANIMATION AND COOKING New Suffolk, LI AGE 6 to 14 This summer we keep exploring artists past to present and examine how they utilize line, shape, color, value, texture, form and space. The children will develop more tools and concepts to express themselves artistically. Projects are designed to give them a hands-on experience with those ideas. We will produce animated movies which incorporate time and motion into the child's artistic repertoire. On the fifth day, we venture into the art of preparing food with an artistic and healthy approach from different cultures around the world and invite the parents to taste our meals and present our finished works . We will also add a creative Music Class with Gil Goldstein, who is a multiple Grammy winner and has a PHD in Music education . Classes explore many art projects including animation, collage, mosaic, painting, drawing, sculpting, making your own paper, healthy cooking and more. Projects change weekly.
