The only way is to be positive!

The only way to be is positive! Sure it's hard to have that mindset and we all have challanges in life, but challenges I believe are given to us in order to have us learn through out are life. I could be wrong or maybe that's just my perspective on life, I am told I have a weird way of looking at things, I call it a unique way of looking at things. Could it possibly be my age? I sure do look at things differently every year, including the grey hair that is starting to apper at thirty five, but personally I feel I have enough knowledge to last me a lifetime, I suppose it's never ending with learning. With the amount of childcare expenses we spend, it doesn't leave much room for other things, but Having two kids is amazing and I wouldn't change it for the world. However with children come expenses , espically a special needs child times two. Though I try not to think of the expenses, when taking a vacation I do have to think about the safety of my son. Really they should make hotel rooms safer for a special needs child, who knows how to open the door and can easily escape. Yep elopment of a five year old, and though it has improved over the past few months, it is still there or fear of it being there. Now we have a whistle and it seems to be working, it says "stop" and when put to our mouth but not blown my son now stops doing the wrong thing. The things the teachers must come up with! As I mentioned we have been blessed with being in NYS, but california is apparently another state that is at the top of the list for autism education, and there are a few more states as well, New Jersey being another one. Today I feel blessed, hopefully the sun will shine, my dogs will get no ticks, and the ticks sure are out already, and I will have a relaxing day as I have off today.
