Recently I have a new take on things, I believe food changes your mood, mind and weight all together. I have started eating coconut products, I feel better, I look better and I am so happy. I am told to use coconut oil which will help as well, I have yet to do that but am very excited with this new path.
I have come to understand positive energy is what you should be surrounded by, all negative energy needs to be away from a person and a lot of things come from your way of thinking. The way you think has everything to do with who you are as a person.

Stress can be controlled if you do breathing exercises, take a yoga class or just be who you are. It has taken me along time to get to this place in my life, I wouldn't change it for the world, because if I did I would not have what I have today, as Jay Leno said of course!
