Blog: Sag Harbor's Charm

There are many hotels on the South Fork as well as the North Fork of Long Island. One of the historic hotels would be The American Hotel located on Main Street in  Sag Harbor. The building was built in 1846 and has a charm to it, has eight guest rooms and a beautiful restaurant.

Sag Harbor is surrounded by water they have a lovely beach called Long Beach which is across from Baypoint a nice developement for people to live. Not too far down the road is North Haven where you can find your mega mansions.

In town you will find cute little stores to go shopping, The Ideal, as well as a five-and-dime store. Across from the five and dime is Conca O dora's Pizza, well-known for their pizza pies. Up the street from Conca O doras is a small little restaurant known for their Italian food — 11 Capuccino Ristorante.

Not too far you will find a private school as well as some public schools in the area and then come across Mount Misery, which will somehow lead you to Bridgehampton if you keep going. Other spots in Sag Harbor to live would be the Noyack area which is not far from Long Beach and Havens Beach.

Sag Harbor has a charm that will never disappear. Many celebrities come to visit the Hamptons because of its charm and each town has its own.
