Ways to keep your Autistic Child Safe.

Unless you have a child with Autism, you dont really know or understand the ins and outs of Autism. Autism varies from one child to another and the kids are all different. Twenty-nine percent of kids with Autism have elopment issues, no fear, and will just leave your hand and run into danger. So what do you do when you have a child who has this issue?

So what about Windows, Stairs, and anything pertaining to Danger for a child with Autism well Autistic Children are very smart and will find anything so everything must be taken into considertaion, shadow proof glass is one thing to consider and a lock on the stairs is another.

We recently bought a belt for my son having to put it on backwards since he can unlock it from the front, not only can he unlock it from the front he can also unlock it from the back. They only make so many different styles in belts. So what would he wear? That remains to be seen.

I have an older child and can tell you from experience that having an autistic child is quiet different and though I believe we all should be treated the same the steps people have to take with an autistic child are big steps not only to keep them safe but to teach them ways of learning.
