Are you Computer Savvy?

Are you Computer Savvy? Do you know all the internet sites like twitter, linked in, and job sites such as monster and indeed? Indeed is a good source for jobs as well as the local papers, but for entertainment I would have to say Hamptons Magazine and Dan's Papers have the local news. Don't forget patch where you can find news by the minute or blog articles written by locals.

The internet has a source of information, but do you really want your teens to have access to the internet? Today you can block your teens from getting to certain websites, limit there time on the computer or just not have a computer in the house. Well that last line seems impossible, can you imagin no technology in a house? I suppose it happens but not in our house.

People now have I pads per child, IPhones, or a computer each. Cellphones have become the big thing among kids less then even thirteen years old. How can we live with out all this technology? Well there was a day we did, was it better then then it is today? I would just say its different, times are different, life has evolved but not always in a good way depending on how you want to look at it.

There is good and bad, but we have the right to decide on what's best for our family. I simply cant imagine what the next few years will bring, the passing of Steve Jobs three years ago was upsetting to many , an amazing inventor.

I cant say I know much about Steve Jobs, or even Bill Gates but one thing I know for sure, they do have an impact in this world as each person walking has an impact on what the next day, or decade will bring.
