March 25: AMP1 Basketball, Cambodia, Wine Making

It's the weekend — learn how to make wine or go see a very special basketball game.

Check out the inspiring AMP1 amputee basketball team as they take on the highly successful Mattituck High School varsity boys' team tonight.

1. , 15125 Route 25 in Mattituck, hosts what is sure to be an awesome match between the Mattituck boys' varsity basketball team and the players on AMP1's team. The athletes on AMP1 have artificial limbs. The game starts at 7 p.m. and the proceeds will go to charities. Call 631-298-4242.

5. The North Fork Italian-American Club celebrates the Feast of St. Joseph at the , 920 Peconic Lane in Peconic, at 7 p.m. tonight. Dr. Michael Boecherer, professor of English at Suffolk Community College, will discuss "The Italian Influence on the English Renaissance."
